Application: 524, 150SG122Q, 200SGL130Q, FCP-E(XX) Series Generators
Freedom Aero Service has developed a shaft alignment tool to aid with aligning the shafts on the 524,150SG122Q, 200SGL130Q and FCP-E(XX) series generators prior to installation on the aircraft.
This tool is quick and easy to use and will help easily comply with APC S/L # 134 and reduce potential shaft failure on the 150SG122Q, 200SGL130Q and FCP series. The shaft alignment tool will also reduce the possiblity of the front plate rubbing on the drive end bell for the 524 series. They can be stored on the units until they are ready to be installed and also double as a shaft protector during shipping.
